- you will work directly with the sales management team, absorbing knowledge and practices and making them your own
- you will be encouraged from day one to think on your feet, adapt and find successful practices
- the role is offered under a self-employed basis with the potential to land you exceptional levels of commission
- in the role, you will be responsible for guiding and advising homeowners on the considerable benefits of upgrading to air source heat pumps
- A self-starter happy to work individually, with plenty of motivation, as well as with the wider team to support clients and the overall business objectives
- ability to engage confidently with people at all levels and from all walks of life. A positive demeanour, being amicable and empathetic are all traits that will serve you well
- you will be given at least 2 appointments a day giving you the opportunity to engage customers in the comfort of their own homes, offering them equipment from some of the biggest household names in the world
- resourceful and always willing to learn, you will be driven, professional and always have the best interests of the business and clients in mind
