  • A key member of our management team the Finance Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and have full responsibility for the day to day running of the Accounts Department

Requirements

  • working to the daily production plan ensuring all customer timescales are met
  • follow intricate customer paperwork/job sheets to ensure correct procedure is being carried out for each specific job
  • taping and Reeling of customers’ products from tubes, trays, wafers or hand placed
  • carry out the daily machine/workbench maintenance where required
  • accurately record information on all relevant paperwork
  • use of our bespoke computer systems to process product
  • ensure your place of work is tidy at all times
  • highlight any problem areas to the supervisor/chargehand and advise any ideas on improvement to processes/procedures

Requirements

  • ensuring Carrier Tape is manufactured to the specified tolerances
  • ensuring quality of finished products, meeting set targets with regards to quality, quantity, and timescales given
  • effectively report any issues with machines in the production logs and complete all paperwork
  • make up finished product reels to load produced carrier tape on
  • operation of the Laser Inspection System to complete inspection of all manufactured Carrier Tape produced
  • responsible for leaving the production area clean and tidy for the next shift
  • adhering to best health and safety practices at all times
