Responsibility
- prepare offer letters and contracts for successful applicants and ensure pre-employment checks are carried out appropriately
- update reserve registers/waiting lists
- set-up new user accounts in CoreHR and trouble-shoot any issues which arise
- complete initial shortlisting of vacancies and resolve all queries within remit
- administer/assist with delivery of psychometric tests as required
- liaise with the Team Lead on business needs related to testing and assessment techniques
- process recruitment exercises using COREHR e-recruitment system, i.e., prepare paperwork including job description, advertise jobs, prepare shortlisting, organise assessment centres/psychometric tests, organise interviews, prepare and send appropriate correspondence to applicants and managers, organise pre-employment medicals and health surveillance, request references, agree start dates
- prepare feedback letters to applicants
Requirements
- minimum of 1 years relevant administration experience of working in a recruitment environment
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload – while adhering to strict deadlines
- ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- flexible approach to work and working hours with the ability to work extra hours when required
