Responsibility
- attend site to carry out damage survey & gather all required information on the Building loss
- evaluate information gathered and make liability decision based on policy cover
- validating, Repudiating and Negotiating cash settlement with policyholders & Clients

- prepare schedule of works in line with client requirements
- write clear and precise reports on the loss
- amend reports/SOW following valid variations
- assist admin team as required and provide technical support
- undertake other tasks at request of company management
Requirements
- qualification in Surveying Discipline is preferred but not essential as previous experience and building knowledge would be considered
- driving Licence
- A good knowledge of Health and safety and preparation of construction phase plans is essential

- A good in-depth understanding of domestic and commercial building construction and reinstatement practices, costing and scheduling is required as well as a good understanding of scheduling systems
