Responsibility
- data entry based on candidate CV submission
- administration/ ad-hoc – formatting documents such as job roles and business requirements
- working closely with the managing director and helping manage work load

- liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- managing the interview process with candidates and clients – sending interview confirmations, rejection or acceptance emails, working with templates
- work closely with management and help eliminate errors and organise candidate and client interview schedule
