  • data entry based on candidate CV submission
  • administration/ ad-hoc – formatting documents such as job roles and business requirements
  • working closely with the managing director and helping manage work load
  • assist in invoice data entry and credit control; including recording expenses, and pretty cash
  • liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • managing the interview process with candidates and clients – sending interview confirmations, rejection or acceptance emails, working with templates

Requirements

  • have good IT skills include Microsoft, Excel and Outlook, MS Teams

  • have excellent organisational skill

  • previous recruitment experience will be highly desirable! Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be tactful and articulate
