Responsibility
- maintaining the ‘Agent File’ database, including agent commissions, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- participation in the day to day office tasks including, but not limited to, opening and actioning post, filing, issuing travel documentation, telephone answering, and general administration
- always portray a professional, yet friendly image to enhance the reputation of Red Sea Holidays Resolving all requests, tasks, and questions within agreed timescales
