Responsibility
maintaining the ‘Agent File’ database, including agent commissions, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
participation in the day to day office tasks including, but not limited to, opening and actioning post, filing, issuing travel documentation, telephone answering, and general administration
always portray a professional, yet friendly image to enhance the reputation of Red Sea Holidays Resolving all requests, tasks, and questions within agreed timescales
