commercial property solicitor
Working hours

Responsibility
- if so, we have the perfect opportunity for you
- you will join the firm’s commercial property team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
- undertake a caseload primarily consisting of sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant, and asset management, amongst others
- create/increase your own following using your emerging/well-versed business development skills
- mirror the firm’s very high standards of work and client care
- to attend on clients both in Reception and via the telephone and to take messages/make appointments as appropriate
- red Rhino Resourcing Ltd has the pleasure of working with one of the most prestigious legal firms in the Greater Newport Area. They are looking to hire a new commercial property solicitor to further bolster their firm-wide expansion
- to manage own caseload
Requirements
- qualified as a solicitor / CILEX qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
- knowledge of LEAP Legal or similar system
- have strong communication & client rapport-building skills
- A proven background in Commercial Property Department/setting, with excellent legal technical knowledge
- have experience in managing your own caseloads
- strong drafting and negotiating skills
- flawless commercial awareness
- the ability to work as part of a team made up of legal and non-legal professionals
