- as Reception Manager for Scarlet and Bedruthan Hotels you will work with your team to create places where people want to be, delivering an exceptional welcome that extends throughout our guests stay, through supportive & inspirational leadership, team growth, and executing a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values individuals
- take an active role in our cost lines and work with the relevant teams to improve and understand these results
- take a fresh approach to learning ensuring training and development is available and appropriate to our seasonality. This will provide clear results in improving our guest experience and net promoter scores
- ensure our recruitment, onboarding, probation and leavers processes are followed and effective
- ensure all bills are accurate and payments processed
