  • to carry out all duty manager responsibilities, including daily safe counts, change ordering and collection, daily banking, issuing bar floats and cashing out bar tills and the servers, filling out the manager’s diary daily, ensure bookings sheets and section plans are done for the day, carry out a daily taste test and fill out all delivery check lists
