- cooking: 2 years
- maintain a bar area in a clean and orderly manner
- supervise a team of bar staff
- teach new and current employees the basics of bartender skills, and customer service to ensure consistent quality service at all times
- assist and train other managers in hiring, firing, performance management, and scheduling employees
- be responsible for the security of staff, customers, and the bar's assets at all times
- manage the bar's stock and inventory to ensure proper levels of liquor, draught beer, bottled beer, wines, liquors; karaoke discs etc
- work with vendors to ensure delivery of alcoholic beverages at appropriate times
- achieve or exceed sales goals for the bar
