Responsibility

  • have an understanding of DVSA regulations in terms of vehicle safety, graduated fixed penalties, and tachograph use
  • operate within EU drivers’ hour's regulations which include adequate daily/weekly rest and maximum weekly driving time
  • operate within the Road Transport Working Time Directive regulations which include adequate daily/weekly rest
