Requirements

  • at least two or three years of experience gained working in an IFA / financial planning business
  • financial planning administration, sales support of business or office management experience
  • operations
  • possess high levels of attention to detail and be highly accurate
  • overseeing the provision of operational activities to support the business needs
  • be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
  • determining the short, medium, and long-term operational plans and targets for the business and setting out how these will be achieved
  • have the willingness to pitch in and help out in other areas when required
