Requirements
- at least two or three years of experience gained working in an IFA / financial planning business
- financial planning administration, sales support of business or office management experience
- operations
- possess high levels of attention to detail and be highly accurate
- overseeing the provision of operational activities to support the business needs
- be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- determining the short, medium, and long-term operational plans and targets for the business and setting out how these will be achieved
- have the willingness to pitch in and help out in other areas when required
