Responsibility
- due to the continued expansion of our business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Finance & Office Adminstrator to support our finance, HR and back office functions, based from our offices in Solihull, with some hybrid working from home also possible
- provide and maintain a report of all dates of client’s reviews
- monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- deal with phone enquiries, taking messages and dealing with appropriately
- type/print/post letters/emails, scan documents, shred confidential documents
- maintain all stock of flyers and promotional materials
- prepare and issue all client invoices
Requirements
- HR or Office administration: 1 year
- finance Administration: 2 years
- quickBooks: 1 year
