- the successful delivery of a construction project on time, budget and to the required quality expected of all Read projects
- ensuring the achievement of all Health, Safety & Environment objectives
- working collaboratively with the delivery team, especially with the project Quantity Surveyor to understand and safeguard Read’s commercial position
- promoting & upholding Read’s reputation for providing the highest standards
- promoting best practice throughout the construction process, developing good working relationships with all project Stakeholders
- assist the project to achieve its Environmental & Waste Management Plans, Community Benefits, BREEAM and BIM targets
