Responsibility
- maes y Vaynor is a supported living property supporting service users with varying mental health conditions
- we are looking for experienced support workers for day and night shifts
- we are also looking for Bank staff to work on an as and when basis to cover both days and nights
- shift patterns will be discussed further at interview
- all service users must be treated with dignity and respect and assisted/encouraged to lead a fulfilling life
- the ideal candidate will have experience working with service users who may suffer with complex needs. Ideally the successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or be working towards this, if not full training will be given
- you must be a team player, but also confident to work on your own initiative for the benefit of the service users under your care
- this is an exciting opportunity for the right person. No two days will be the same so flexibility is needed in your approach to working with the service users in your care
