- minimum 18 months of experience or ability to show familiarity with inventory industry standards
- minimum 6 months of experience in an electronics/computer-oriented position preferred

- experience of working with public cloud environments such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- experience of common service management standards such as ITIL or ISO 20000; as well as service transition
- knowledge of common project management practices such as Prince II, Agile and SCRUM; ideally in a DevOps-centric environment
- A highly self-motivated and proactive individual who wants to learn and grow and has an attention to detail
- highly organised and detail oriented. Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure

- prepare and deliver Monthly Security Service Reviews
- collaborate with wider account team to deliver strategic initiatives
- self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve both technical and ‘people’ skills
- 1-2 years of technical customer support experience OR education/certification to a level of proficiency to perform the role duties
- intermediate verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicates basic technical information with team members
- schedule flexibility to include working weekends and/or evenings and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations
