- ensure that our quality standards are met and that our customers are satisfied with the products we produce
- you will also be responsible for assisting in the management of the contract manufacturing department and its employees
- reporting to operations manager
- surveying and preparing scopes for clients
- updating industry standard software
- meeting with customers/clients to establish their requirements
