Responsibility
experienced multi-trader required to work amongst live commercial operations and in customers homes, must be able to carry out maintenance works involving a wide selection of skills but primarily carpentry, drylining, decoration, wall tiling, mastic and some basic groundworks tasks
this is a high-end customer facing position and therefore must have strong customer care skills, have the ability to cope under pressure and to deadlines and be able to organise materials to provide the timely completion of works
we work across a variety of locations but predominantly these works will be inclusive of Southend, Chelmsford and North Essex to the Cambridge border and Suffolk
Requirements
maintenance: 5 years
hgv driver
Requirements
HGV Class 2 Licence
CPC Driver Training
experience of moving construction plant
cpcs 360 driver
Requirements
CPCS card / NPORS with CSCS
2 years experience
Responsibility
adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
ensure all materials are stored in the correct locations
perform routine maintenance checks on the Telehandler
