Responsibility
- training and development of the team, utilising the cataloguing and Pinnacle systems
- communicating the route to achievement of both branch and company goals to your team, through regular team and individual meetings
- taking full responsibility for all aspects of sales, margin and customer service performance within the internal sales team, promoting a transparent customer focused attitude within the team
- daily management of core sales objectives of the tele-sales team, working with the team and sales support leader to maximise group penetration
