being able to talk through our menus and answer questions regarding ingredients to ensure customers’ needs are listened to
taking orders while paying attention to details
preparing beverages following recipes and serving prepared food, like cookies, pastries, muffins, and tasty hot and cold sandwiches
receiving and processing payments in a friendly manner using card machines and contactless payment
keeping the bar area and customer areas clean for our customers and our teams
using equipment like dishwashers, cleaning products and ice-machines
working with aggregators such as Uber in a friendly and personable manner

Responsibility
this will involve giving regular feedback and supporting your team learn new skills
as a Supervisor you will be responsible for training your team members to ensure the store is running smoothly throughout the day
you will frequently plan and revise the daily routines and schedule to match customer demand, so they receive a fantastic experience from us
you will ensure the store is clean, safe and ready for the day and maintain standards of quality and service on every shift
