QUEENSWAY COFFEE HOUSES is looking for employees for positions:
barista
Responsibility
- greeting our customers, connecting with them, taking their name, and making them feel welcome
- being able to talk through our menus and answer questions regarding ingredients to ensure customers’ needs are listened to
- taking orders while paying attention to details
- preparing beverages following recipes and serving prepared food, like cookies, pastries, muffins, and tasty hot and cold sandwiches
- receiving and processing payments in a friendly manner using card machines and contactless payment
- keeping the bar area and customer areas clean for our customers and our teams
- using equipment like dishwashers, cleaning products and ice-machines
- working with aggregators such as Uber in a friendly and personable manner
