collaborates with stakeholders to understand user pain points and gather valuable feedback to refine product features for the analytical models used in the out-of-the-box solution
Requirements
strong experience in big data solutions, including either analytics software solutions or Financial crime/Fraud analytical solutions
proven ability to understand complex risk typologies within Financial Services, and to design suitable metrics to detect them
experience with and understanding of financial technology and the technology/product lifecycle, e.g. the agile development approach
strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to devise solutions to address customer challenges
ability to convey information and communicate with various stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience's needs
relevant experience understanding customer needs, prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories, with the ability to focus on the details of requirements while maintaining the “big picture” view
