  • tam leaders are to work with our care co-ordinator to continue the growth of this branch/area
  • good knowledge of community care would be preferred
  • the hours consists of Monday to Friday
  • this will be a mixture of office days and community days
  • our Droitwich team leader is due to have a baby, so we are hiring for temp cover whilst she is on maternity
  • this vacancy is for the Droitwich area/team only, all our other areas have there own management teams
