- good knowledge of community care would be preferred
- the hours consists of Monday to Friday
- this will be a mixture of office days and community days
- our Droitwich team leader is due to have a baby, so we are hiring for temp cover whilst she is on maternity
- this vacancy is for the Droitwich area/team only, all our other areas have there own management teams
