Responsibility
- to act as the customer face of the Qualis Homes brand
- to always present yourself appropriately, in accordance with the uniform guidance
- to ensure the high presentation standards of the sales area are always upheld
- we currently have an exciting opportunity available for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing team based in Epping, Essex
- to manage the day to day running of the sales area
- to demonstrate good knowledge of the national and local housing market
- to demonstrate good knowledge about the district, including amenities, transports links, competitors etc
- to demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Qualis product including pricing, buying schemes and our customer journey
Requirements
- you will be an experienced sales professional, ideally from a developer background or estate agency will be considered
- you will be a driven sales person who thrives on achieving personal and company targets
- you will hold a full driving licence and have the use of vehicle for business travel as required
- you will demonstrate a good level of computer literacy
- you will demonstrate excellent customer services skills at all times and stay calm under pressure
- you will be a strong negotiator who quickly builds rapport with customers
- you will build strong working relationships across the business functions and with external parties
- you will be a self-starter who enjoy the autonomy of daily self-management
