- assist in establishing Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients, ensuring their future is well-planned and secure, under the guidance of the appointed deputy
- deal with administrative aspects of Deputyship cases, to include: scanning post, filing, and liaising with clients and the Court to obtain all information required for applications
