Responsibility
- to maintain consistently high service standards in the Restaurant Cafe according to Purple Dragon Standards of Service
- to ensure that food and drinks orders are taken and executed accurately in order to minimize wastage
- to run a section within the café with approximately 10 tables at any one time
- to comply with the Club’s Food Hygiene guidelines and assist the Management to achieve a 5-star food rating
- to ensure that a high level of cleanliness is constantly maintained in public and storage areas
- to carry out any other reasonable instructions by senior management
Requirements
- practical knowledge of 5-star service standards and mannerism
- minimum 1 year as Food Runner, Waiter or Barista, Bartender or Commis De Rang in a Hotel, Private Member’s Club or Restaurant
- hospitality: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
