- account management: 5 years
- sage 50 accounts: Advanced knowledge 2 years
- sage Payroll: Understanding PAYE and NIC
- reconcile bank accounts
- accruals and Prepayments
- month end procedures and reports
- to supervise all reconditioning staff in the delivery of all production and recycling activities
- supervise all quality control checks and deal with customer complaints
- to supervise the IBC grading process
- to carryout daily Health & Safety checks
- to supervise the full production and logistics planning processes
- to carryout daily Equipment checks
- to supervise the incoming and outgoing of new packaging stock
- carryout out basic maintenance tasks
- previous supervisory experience, ideally of a team of 5 or more
- strong management skills
- forklift Truck Licence would be advantageous
- attention to detail
- planning & Logistics skills
- A good geographic knowledge of the country and road networks
- ability to understand and follow internal processes
- ability to understand customer’s needs and requirements
