Responsibility
- curriculum and Quality Manager
- 3 Attend and participate in any meetings and training events, which develop the service or improve team/individual performance
- 4 Uphold, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures identified by Pure Innovations
- 6 Lead Standardisation Meetings; attend national Standardisation Meetings with Awarding Bodies
- you will support the Head of College in the effective leadership and management of staff and resources, and provide day-to-day operational management
- 2 Line management responsibilities to include; staff recruitment, induction process, performance and productivity review and timetabling in accordance with Pure policies and procedures
