- salary – up to £55K DOE

- you will assist in developing the fire door installation, maintenance and stopping contracts in accordance with their third-party accreditation
- you will be managing all the required paperwork and making sure that the works are completed as per quotations
- our client, Aran Fire Protection Ltd, is a progressive passive fire protection business, offering their customers innovative and bespoke system solutions - covering services such as structural fire protection and fire stopping, doors and barriers
- their core values of integrity, quality of service and teamwork have rewarded them with clients across sectors like healthcare, education, historic or commercial properties
Contract type
- looking after all documentation for client contact data in specific contract files
- preparing and issuing project specific Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments
- negotiating with materials and plant suppliers and subcontract labour
- previous experience in Contract Management and/or Construction
- very competitive salary
- managing the installation of services, assuring they meet the required standards
- A strong understanding of passive fire protection would be desirable
- 25 days of Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
