PURE HEART HOMECARE is looking for employees for positions:
- deputise for the Deputy Manager in their absence
- complete staff rotas on a 4 weekly basis and cover Holiday and Absence
- staff supervision
- on-Call responsibility - with ability to cover calls as and when needed
- support with Service user reviews and assessments when required
- work flexibly with the management team to cover office and out of office hours
- protecting service users and staff from abuse

- assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- follow individual care plans to ensure that each client's specific needs are met
- maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition
- drive clients to appointments or social activities as required
- participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices
- previous experience in a care home or home care environment is preferred but not essential
- strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently
- basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients as needed
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals
