Requirements

  • demonstrable experience as a CDP/Line Chef, a familiarity with Italian cuisine and desserts is advantageous but not essential
  • ability to work independently as well as working in a team under the direction of the Head Chef/KM
  • drive for delivering excellent quality food and an outstanding customer experience
  • excellent eye for cleanliness and hygiene, we have exceptionally high standards
  • good interpersonal communication skills

  • finesse - This role will heavily involve preparing desserts from scratch, including making gelato & sorbetto . A steady hand and attention to detail are critical
