Requirements
- demonstrable experience as a CDP/Line Chef, a familiarity with Italian cuisine and desserts is advantageous but not essential
- ability to work independently as well as working in a team under the direction of the Head Chef/KM
- drive for delivering excellent quality food and an outstanding customer experience
- excellent eye for cleanliness and hygiene, we have exceptionally high standards
- good interpersonal communication skills
