- we currently have an opportunity available for an Area Manager to join our team based in Syston, Leicester

- you will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 - £47,000 per annum depending upon experience
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in chilled food manufacturing producing in FMCG’s
- ability to manage, control and influence safety, hygiene, training, quality, quantity, and cost for the department
- experience of people management
- forward planning and forecasting
- excellent communication skills
- ability to influence at all levels and functions across the organisation
- strong project management skills
- coaching and mentoring skills
