Requirements
5 years’ experience in chilled food manufacturing producing in FMCG’s
ability to manage, control and influence safety, hygiene, training, quality, quantity, and cost for the department
experience of people management
forward planning and forecasting

we Have
vacancies on our day shifts which are 3 on /3 off 12-hour shifts starting at starting at 9am
the role involves working in both warehouse and despatch
the role can be physical but full training will be provided
following procedures and instructions correctly
raising any hazards, near misses, or any Health & Safety concerns
complying with all company policies and procedures
as an operative you will report to a Front line Manager for your area. You will be responsible for carrying out the tasks given to you, to the best of your ability, in a efficient and timely manner
