- you will a natural capability and direct experience of line managing and developing a team of people, with varying levels of qualification and stage of career
- accounting: 6 years
- experience of working in a structured environment, within company frameworks and processes is a must, as is the ability to facilitate collaborative working across teams and within their team
- managing a client portfolio dealing with the accounting and tax compliance requirements with a lot of client interaction as well as supervising and mentoring junior team members
- flexible working is available and on occasion will only need to attend the office 1 day a week but still need to be within an hour commute of the office
