Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Requirements

  • report to our Construction Director
  • oversee all aspects of the build process
  • prioritise the work of the site team to ensure the programme deadlines are achieved
  • control and co-ordinate the contractors and subcontractors on-site
  • resolve any queries or conflicts at site level
  • ensure all building operations are carried out in accordance with the current health and safety standards
  • conduct and monitor tool box meetings, health and safety training, including site inductions
  • ensure that all works are carried out to the highest of standards and deliver the companies QA system
