- as a Quality Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Systems
- your responsibilities will primarily be shop floor-based, ensuring that practice and procedure adherence is followed
- you will work alongside our team to contribute to the development and implementation of Quality plans, metrics, and statistical analysis
- ensure the strict adherence of practice and procedure on the shop floor
- your role also involves participation in the ongoing development of our database software and continuous improvement initiatives
- assist in maintaining and developing the company's Quality Systems
- collaborate in the implementation of Quality plans
- develop metrics to monitor and achieve Quality goals
Requirements
- proficiency in using and updating the company's production database
- strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- ability to work efficiently and safely in a shop floor environment
- team player with the willingness to support other team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of ISO9001:2015
