develop strategies to ensure our Quality systems continue to align with current and future business needs
report to the Managing Director on the performance of Quality KPIs that reflect the effectiveness of the Quality systems
provide professional expertise and guidance on Quality policies, processes and regulations, adopting best practices from the sector and other related fields
hold line Management responsibilities of the quality assurance and compliance team
play a key role in audits and inspections of the Unit
with the Operations Manager, and Managing Director, determine which members of staff require training on each SOP document group
work in collaboration with the Managing Director and the Operational teams to ensure our policies and procedures enable delivery of a care service that is a leader in its field
lead the development and maintenance of a fully compliant Quality Management System that meets all business and regulatory expectations with a view to achieving an “Outstanding” rating with the Care Quality Commission
Requirements
health & Social Care Qualification Level 4 or 5 – Desirable
quality and or Compliance role experience within Health & Social Care – Essential
advanced knowledge of CQC regulation and governance requirements - Essential
