- goods Receipt Note process for incoming units and components
- surface stripping and preparation using sanding operations
- fibreglass, carbon and Kevlar repairs using hot-bonding and vacuum techniques
- filament winding processes
- metallisation application processes
- surface preparation and masking for paint application
- bonding processes and mechanical fitment of replacement parts
- balancing operation of finished products
- previous experience of composite processes to a high level of accuracy and finish
- capability to follow detailed procedures
- comfortable with working towards KPIs

- PC experience required. Ability to take and file digital photos, manage emails etc and data inputting all form an important part of this role
- willingness to work flexibly and be adaptable to the operational needs of the business
- prepared to learn both inspection and rework skills to eventually process entire propeller assemblies
- previous experience of detailed examination of parts, infrastructure or vehicles, identifying faults and interpretation of specifications
- capability to follow detailed procedures

- prepared to learn both inspection and rework skills to eventually process entire propeller assemblies
- visual inspection techniques using magnification and borescopes to identify and assess damage and corrosion
- checking mechanical dimensions using a range of hand-held measuring equipment
- verifying aerofoils and other surfaces using 3D laser scanner equipment
- interpreting maintenance manuals and drawings for allowable limits and conditions
- keeping accurate and detailed records of findings and conclusions
- issuing release documentation for completed products
- build propellers/products to defined standards ensuring fit, clearance & modification levels are accurate
- perform repairs to components & fit replacement parts
- participate in off-site field repairs
- perform Detail Inspection of all propeller components
- assist in training other team members ensuring best practice standards are maintained
- perform composite repairs
- report any safety issues immediately
- inspection: 2 years
- mechanical engineering: 5 years
- build propellers/products to defined standards ensuring fit, clearance & modification levels are accurate
- perform repairs to components & fit replacement parts

- execute Root Cause Corrective Action investigations and issue formal findings

- lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and support rollout of process enhancements
- monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics
- ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
