- role: Sales Administrator
- act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company
- handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate them to sales representatives or management when necessary
- coordinate sales team activities
- handle telephone calls and emails related to sales inquiries when sales representatives are unavailable
- manage and maintain sales files, records, and correspondence
