- ensure all calls to PSS are not missed where possible and voicemail is monitored regularly

- ensure we have the correct invoicing details for new client bookings confirming payment details by email
- assist all staff in the safe transfer of all patients under the care of PSS
- provide the Directors with a daily overview of completed transfers
- to provide crisis intervention to patients experiencing mental health difficulties during a transfer
