PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUILDING ETC is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • minimum 4 year’s trade experience
  • experience of general construction skills preferred
  • able to work on older properties including listed buildings
  • A local building company we carry out refurbishments, repairs and renovations of various sizes for the National Trust, Diocese of Exeter as well as domestic/private clients
  • H&S awareness
  • with a full order book and a steady stream of enquiries/future projects we are looking to recruit skilled carpenters with a previous trade background to join our friendly team
  • ideally with experience of masonry repairs/bricklaying, with a flexible approach, adaptable as project requirements may change due to the nature of the properties, or to meet client requests
  • SSSTS desirable but not essential
