- take responsibility for wheels and tyres for cars on events and the upkeep and maintenance of equipment
- prepare and maintain all composite components to a high presentation level
- taking the engine right through the build process from stripping, cleaning, inspection, preparation, reassembly, dyno and pre-delivery inspection
- to carry out hands on work competently and with set production times
- carry out hands-on work competently to set production times
- able to work on all events as needed, providing sub assembly and car build support for Dakar and Cross-Country events
- identify areas where efficiency could be improved from a lean manufacturing perspective
- you must possess a Class 1 licence and current DCPC
- ensure vehicles and equipment transported are carefully handled and care is taken to prevent damage being caused to them
- ensure Lead Composite Trimmer Repair Technician is aware of any quality or process issues during build and/or repair
- ability to work on all areas of the engine, e.g. Cylinder heads, pumps, throttles
- perform testing on assembled parts
- maintain and oversee all sub-assemblies including gearbox and differential
- problem solve and diagnose faults with minimal supervision
- adopt safe working practices always in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policy
- build the engines to specification and within homolgation tolerances
- work to drawings and procedures
- be prepared to work overtime if requested or as the project requires
- raise and address quality issues through the Workshop Supervisor
- responsible for the trackside set up and pack down in accordance with the championship organisation rules
- work with Lead Technician and Chief Mechanic to set and achieve daily targets
- maintain build records and lifecheck system
- ensure all car documentation and sign off process is kept up to date
- maintain site standards in accordance with company expectations

- to join us on our journey to success, we are looking for an experienced Truckie/HGV Garage Technician that can provide logistics support for the race team, ensuring all equipment and cars are delivered to venues around the world, whether by truck or air/sea freight
- complete each build to the high standard of safety, quality and reliability that is expected, complying with our build manuals and SSOW processes
- visiting customer teams at their workshops or trackside for support or repairs. This may involve travelling abroad
- ensure all vehicles are kept in a permanently clean and presentable condition, both inside and out, at the workshop and on event
- ensure that the assemblies & vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage being caused to them
- carry other adhoc duties requested by the Race Team management as the needs of the business may from time to time dictate
