Responsibility

  • create a calendar of both internal communication and social media content across all brands
  • define and implement a process for content gathering that informs the team involved of expectations but enables them to deliver
  • design and deliver the Group’s internal communication and engagement plans
  • drive an intranet strategy and build an effective destination for information, including newsletters, organisational announcements, webcast presentations etc
  • drive a social media strategy that drives engagement with customers within the relevant area
  • harness the power of storytelling through video editing, photo sharing and inspiring experiences that touch minds of our colleagues and clients
  • management of the Group’s internal and external social media communications covering a variety of campaigns for initiatives as well as supporting on project launches and key business updates
  • collaborate with our internal teams to ensure getting a holistic business view with the communications delivered
