Responsibility
- run Aged Debtors report relating to a range of accounts looked after by individual credit controllers
- find remittance from remittance file and marry up with bank receipts
- respond to direct delivery request with authorisation of release, or reasons for holding order
- action order amendment requests
- produces a list of accounts that have reached their credit limit or have overdue invoices on their account. This is a manual process to release to override the release of sales orders for despatch
- chase accounts by telephone/fax or email once debt reaches 30 days
- send a breakdown of consolidate invoices to customers who receive these
- liaise with Account Managers to assist with difficult accounts
