Responsibility
run Aged Debtors report relating to a range of accounts looked after by individual credit controllers
find remittance from remittance file and marry up with bank receipts
respond to direct delivery request with authorisation of release, or reasons for holding order
action order amendment requests
produces a list of accounts that have reached their credit limit or have overdue invoices on their account. This is a manual process to release to override the release of sales orders for despatch
chase accounts by telephone/fax or email once debt reaches 30 days
send a breakdown of consolidate invoices to customers who receive these
liaise with Account Managers to assist with difficult accounts
