Responsibility

Requirements

  • experience: Minimum 3–5 years of contract/site management experience within cleaning, FM, or education environments
  • leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage performance, and improve service delivery
  • communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client liaison and team coordination
  • compliance: Strong understanding of H&S, COSHH, and cleaning industry standards and certifications
  • tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital audit tools, QR-based reporting, task tracking systems
