Requirements
proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a hospital or health care setting
in-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and equipment, with a focus on infection control and sanitation
strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team and prioritise tasks

use GoAudit and digital tools to ensure compliance, task tracking, and reporting
conduct regular site visits and walk-throughs to assess cleaning standards, address service issues, and implement corrective actions
oversee the daily operations of 20+ cleaning staff and caretaking personnel, ensuring performance, attendance, and morale are consistently high
you will be responsible for managing day-to-day contract operations, supervising cleaning teams, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards, and continuously improving service delivery
provide day-to-day supervision and support to on-site supervisors, caretakers, and cleaning operatives
Requirements
experience: Minimum 3–5 years of contract/site management experience within cleaning, FM, or education environments
leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage performance, and improve service delivery
communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client liaison and team coordination
compliance: Strong understanding of H&S, COSHH, and cleaning industry standards and certifications
tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital audit tools, QR-based reporting, task tracking systems
