reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in all areas of our busy courier parcels depot

the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the logistics or parcels industry, and will be expected to focus on effective communication with drivers, depots and customers
dealing with drivers and visitors to our depot
Requirements
excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
computer literate with a working knowledge of IT & communications systems
previous experience in an warehouse and/or office-based operations role
previous experience in the parcels or logistics industry essential
fork-lift license an advantage, however full training can be provided
you will need to be a personable, service-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills and a commonsense approach. You will be well-organised with the ability to always provide operational excellence
