Responsibility

  • this role is office based
  • on call duties -one week a month
  • liaising with Social workers, Clients and their family
  • completing care plans and reviews
  • setting up new care packages

Requirements

  • the candidate will hold, NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards NVQ 5
  • must have good experience and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Industry, in a previous similar role in a domiciliary care setting
