The workshop is a unique part of our business and we’re looking for someone to own the job role in an entirely professional manner.We as team are a group of ambitious staff who pride ourselves on our ability to produce a high level of output as efficiently and safely as possible.The individual we are looking for to take our team to the next level in our workshop & maintenance team needs to have a track record of strong leadership and control on recording jobs and time frames .The duties would include prioritising and scheduling breakdowns and repairs for machinery with the workshop team.Examples of work undertaken by workshop staff:Maintaining agricultural machineryGeneral MaintinanceBreakdowns in the fieldWeldingFabricationServicing TractorsTyre fittingCommercial vehiclesHarvesting machinesPlease let us know upon application if you have experience with the above and If you have any additional skills to the above from your background.Also, if you have some skills mentioned above but not all – we would still like to hear from you, consideration will be given to all.There will also be an element of administration involved with this job role in terms of ordering and obtaining stock for jobs, keeping a stock take of elements within the stores and organising relevant paperwork, thereforeDedication and passion is a key characteristic we value in our tea
