- premier Scaffolding Ltd, is in search of an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with specialised knowledge in system scaffolding

- supervise, direct, and coordinate all scaffolding activities on-site
- ensure that all scaffolding operations adhere to relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- develop and implement comprehensive scaffolding plans, schedules, and forecasts
- review, inspect, and maintain system scaffolding to ensure its safety and efficiency
- conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections
- provide training and guidance to less experienced staff in best practices for system scaffolding
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years' experience in scaffolding supervision, with a focus on system scaffolding
- comprehensive understanding of scaffolding safety regulations, practices, and procedures
- proven experience in team management
- profound knowledge of system scaffolding, including its construction, maintenance, and inspection
- excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- certification in Scaffolding Supervision by a recognized institution is preferred
- candidates with the right skills and experience are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter
