Working hours

Responsibility
- managing and coordination of all elements of mechanical plant and equipment installation
- aiding with the creation of 4- and 6-week look-aheads based on the programme and milestones
- coordinating the installation of plants and equipment, including any subcontractor work, and making sure that all scaffolding and tools are accessible
- reviewing and communicating with the M, E, & I Installation Manager the weekly programme progress
- processing isometric drawings and plans in line with project specifications, and providing installation supervisors with construction packages that include lifting plans, permits, and RAMS that have been approved
Requirements
- previous experience of project delivery on a nuclear licenced site
- formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- IOSH Managing Safely
- previous experience of working with Shield Doors, Gamma gates and Kuka robot equipment an advantage
- previous experience working on the installation of bogey & rail systems in a nuclear environment an advantage
- previous experience of working with and on EOTC Cranes an advantage
- good knowledge of Mech Engineering practices and ability to follow drawings and specifications
- nuclear Site: 1 year
