Requirements
- bachelor's degree in an engineering field
- prior experience in writing technical documentation is preferred
- ability to read and interpret manufacturing engineering drawings and specifications
- learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users
- very strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities
- excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management
- desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes
- good working knowledge on MS office tools
Responsibility
- collaborate with Engineering, Production, Product Management, and other groups to plan, research, gather required technical data
- identify and develop a maintenance sequence
- create and/or revise technical work instructions related to various maintenance functions including assembly/disassembly, repair/cleaning/inspection of a product
- gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability
- identify problem areas on maintenance methodologies and proactively contribute to their improvement
