- portico are looking for a new Property Manager to join us in our busy office in Wandsworth/Battersea on a Fixed Term Contract

- total Package: £32k pa
- processing end of tenancy check outs, liaising with utility companies, letting offices and client accounts departments
- negotiating tenancy renewals, collecting rent and dealing with late payments
Requirements
- be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- have strong organisational and time management skills
- have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
- have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of stakeholders
- working Hours
- monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
